Absolutely! We love our four-legged guests. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in our beautiful courtyard, where you can enjoy your coffee, breakfast or lunch together.

As our Coffee Lounge is a small, intimate space, dogs are not permitted inside. Our courtyard, however, is the perfect spot for your pooch to join you.

No, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Simple answer.

Although we have a beautiful outdoor courtyard, this is also a dining space for our guests. We therefore ask that the entire Hygieia & Co premises remains completely smoke- and vape-free. Thank you for helping us keep the space fresh and enjoyable for everyone.

We are primarily a walk-in Coffee Lounge, so there's no need to book for your usual visit.

For larger groups of six or more, we do ask that you contact us in advance. Our space is intentionally intimate, and we can't always accommodate larger groups during our busiest periods.

Of course! We love welcoming people who want to work, study or catch up over a really good coffee.

As our Coffee Lounge is an intimate space, we kindly ask laptop users to enjoy the space for a maximum of 90 minutes, particularly during busy periods. We simply ask that you're mindful of other guests and our limited seating. 🤍

During busy periods, we kindly ask guests to limit their table time to approximately 90 minutes.

If we're quieter, there's absolutely no need to rush. We want you to relax and enjoy your time with us. Our 90-minute guideline simply helps us make sure we can welcome as many guests as possible when we're busy.

We do our very best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. However, we are a small kitchen working with a variety of allergens, and therefore we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment or eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.

Our bowls are made fresh to order, and our food is prepared on site. We're always happy to help where we can, but we carefully plan and prepare our ingredients each day, so substitutions, removals or additional ingredients cannot always be guaranteed.

We accept both cash and card payments at Hygieia & Co, and we're always very happy to accept cash. Please note that American Express (Amex) is not currently accepted.

Yes! Hygieia & Co gift vouchers make the perfect little treat for someone who deserves some time to themselves. Request one online, or speak to a member of the team in the lounge.

Yes! Our beautiful spaces are available for selected private hire, celebrations, gatherings, workshops and special occasions.

A £25 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable in accordance with your booking arrangements. For availability and enquiries, please get in touch with us directly.

Absolutely. Hygieia The Cove is our dedicated wellbeing space, hosting a beautiful programme of yoga, Pilates, movement and wellness experiences.

Our timetable changes regularly, so keep an eye on our website and social media for upcoming classes and events.

Our Coffee Lounge is primarily walk-in, but our yoga classes, workshops and special events generally require advance booking due to limited spaces. We recommend booking early, particularly for our smaller events, as spaces can fill quickly.

Of course. Hygieia & Co is a welcoming space for all ages. We have options suitable for little ones, and our courtyard is a lovely spot for families to enjoy together.
